The company is incorporated by dedicated Cable Operators who have been serving the customers since Cable TV service has been in operation in Mangalore. In 1991, we had worked very hard to provide Analog Satellite channels from just 1 Movie channel.

In fact, in India ,it was the cable operators who created a revolution by providing Satellite TV programs to customers from 1992. The customers of Mangalore and Dakshin Kannada District have the privilege to receive Digital Cable Signals from V4 Digital Infotech which was formed in 2010. The Cable operator community of Mangalore, Dakshin Kannada have always worked hard and strived to keep pace with time & technology & innovation in the Digital Entertainment and Infotainment sector. In 2015, the Cable operator community was able to roll out dual service of Wired Broadband Internet with Cable service with UNLIMITED Broadband Internet service.

During Covid 2019 the Cable operator Community along with their staff have put “ Service before Self “ and served the customers by providing uninterrupted cable and Internet service 24*7. The importance and use of Internet technology from Entertainment and Infotainment shifted to basic necessity as companies started promoting “ Work from Home” concept and Intenet played the supporting role in maintaining livelihood . The reliability of Wired Internet connectivity was well defined and known during this period . The demand for Internet connectivity and Broadband speed reached new heights during Covid where procuring basic hardware for providing last mile connectivity was also a challenge. The above challenges did enlighten the short comings and MBNL came into existence as a solution to overcome issues of slow speed . The process of obtaining Unified License from Ministry of Communication , Department of Telecommunication, Govt. of India was initiated and finally on 26.11.2021 the same was granted vide DS-11/363/2021-DS-III. On 28.05.2022 the services were inaugurated and now full fledged operation has commenced since then.
